Frequently asked questions

What is Librena? An app where you talk with characters from novels, from inside their own world. You meet a character at a specific moment in the story; they know everything that happened up to then, and nothing after.

Who writes the characters' replies? The replies are written by AI. Characters are grounded in the text of the book, but AI can make mistakes.

I saw an inappropriate reply. What should I do? Long-press the reply and choose Report. Reports are reviewed by our team.

Why is the character speaking another language? Characters always speak in the book's original language. You can write in your own language; a translation appears as a subtitle under the reply. You can choose when subtitles appear on the Profile screen.

How do I delete my account? Profile → My data → Delete my account and all my data. Details are on the account deletion page.

What do you do with my data? Our privacy policy explains it in detail.
